1. 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain personal care goods.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@santoriparis.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send the package.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@santoriparis.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@santoriparis.com. We will cover all costs associated with shipping the replacement item to you.
